Item 4 - Right-of-Way Vacation – 412 Revilo Boulevard, DEV2016-079 (Quasi-Judicial Hearing)
A request by John Hohl, property owner of 412 Revilo Boulevard, to vacate the right of way located in the rear of Lot 5, Block D of the Plat of Schnee’s Replat. Staff is requesting that the right of ways located in the rear of Lots 4, 6, 7, 8, and part of 9 of Block D of the Plat of Schnee’s Replat also be included in the vacation.

A request by Robert A. Merrell III, Esq., Cobb Cole, on behalf of Jeff Preston, NADG (Tomoka) LP, to rezone 118± acres of land generally located in the southeast quadrant of the Interstate 95 Interchange at LPGA Boulevard from Industrial Park (M-4) to Planned Development-General (PD-G) to allow a mixed use retail/residential development with associated site improvements.

A request by the Development and Administrative Services Department, Planning Division, to amend sections of Article 4 and Article 5 of the Land Development Code, in order to permit tattooing establishments in the BA (Business Automotive) District as well as remove prohibition language as it pertains to the Redevelopment Areas and the North Ridgewood Overlay.
