A request by Robert A. Merrell III, Esq. of Cobb Cole, 150 Magnolia Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32115 on behalf of Bethune-Cookman University to approve a Comprehensive Sign Plan in accordance with Article 18, Sections 6.11 and 6.12 of the City of Daytona Beach Land Development Code (LDC) the purpose and intent of the Comprehensive Sign Plan (CSP) is to control development of signs and graphics at Bethune-Cookman University (BCU).
