Item 7 - ACTION ITEM: DEV2015-035, Villages at Halifax II Site Plan Modification
A request by Mark Dowst & Associates, Inc., Mark S. Dowst, P.E. on behalf of the
Daytona Beach Housing Authority to approve a modification of the approved site plan
for the Villages at Halifax II located at Rip Collins Drive, increasing the number of
apartment units from 70 to 93, increasing the area from 4.11 to 5.22 acres of property,
and providing all required site improvements therein.
