Item 7 - ACTION ITEM: DEV2013-102, BCU COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN AMENDMENT. This is a request by Robert A. Merrell III of Cobb Cole Attorneys at Law, 150 Magnolia Avenue, Daytona Beach on behalf of Bethune Cookman University, 640 Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Blvd. Daytona Beach, FL. BCU is requesting this First Amendment to Bethune-Cookman University Comprehensive Sign Plan pursuant to th provisions of Art. 18, Sections 6.20(c) and 6.21 of the LDC. BCU proposes to include a Campus Directional and Information Electronic Message Center sign as shown on the Sign Location Map, and the use of static graphics, multiple background, foreground and text colors in both their Electronic Message Center signs.
