Item 4 - DEV2015-098, Second Amendment to Daytona Beach Convention Hotel & Condominiums Planned Commercial Development Agreement A request by Clay Ervin, Zev Cohen and Associates, on behalf of Alexey P. Lysich, Vice President, Protogroup, Inc., to amend the Planned Development Agreement for the Daytona Beach Convention Hotel & Condominiums for the purpose of providing a three phase development and revising construction schedules. The project is generally located on the northeast, northwest, and southeast corners of Atlantic Avenue and Oakridge Boulevard.
