A request by Robert A. Merrell III, Esquire, Cobb Cole, on behalf of Brown &
Brown Inc., to approve the site plan for the Brown & Brown Headquarters located
at 300 N. Beach Street for the construction of an 11-story office building with
associated surface parking, a chiller and maintenance building, and storm water
treatment system.
