A request by Parker Mynchenberg, P.E., Parker Mynchenberg and Associates, Inc., on behalf of GC Land LLC, to rezone 57.2± acres of property located on Champions Drive from Single Family Residential (R-1A) and Planned Master Development (PMD) to Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) to allow for 131 single family residential lots, approve the Preliminary Plat, and to enter into a PD Agreement.

development standards for the RPUD by reducing front setbacks from 25 feet to 22.5 feet to

Boulevard and south of Shady Place.
