A request by Adiba R. Shuja, Manager of ASP-Readychem, LLC to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 611 Weber Avenue due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.

A request by Cecilia Diaz, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 744 Lora Court due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.
