Approval of the minutes of the October 1, 2014 Special Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency Board, will be on the next Community Redevelopment Agency
Meeting Agenda.

REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
During this time Citizens have the opportunity to address the Community Redevelopment
Agency on any matter that is not on the Agenda.
7. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
7A.Daytona Beach Bandshell - Historic Preservation Grant Application - Expenditure
of Funds (pp. 6-15)
Resolution authorizing the expenditure of Redevelopment Funds in an amount up to
$175,000, from the Main Street Community Redevelopment Trust Fund as a match for
an application for a State of Florida Historic Preservation Special Category Matching
Grant, in an amount of up to $350,000, to assist in the rehabilitation of the Daytona
Beach Bandshell. The project is consistent with, and funding is supported by, the Main
Street Redevelopment Plan.
Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report.
Recommendation: Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the
Resolution.
Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.
