Item 4 - BOA2015-013 Variance from Article 6, Section 6.10 of the LDC A request by Sun Glow Construction, Inc. (Property Owner), for a variance from Article 6 (Development Standards), Section 6.10.K (District Sign Schedules), of the Land Development Code, to increase the maximum sign area allowed for projecting signs in the RDD-2 zoning district from 20 square feet to 90 square feet.
