A request by Robert A. Merrell III, Esq., Cobb Cole, on behalf of Scott Bullock, Daytona JV, LLC, for approval of a Small Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (SSCPA) changing the Future Land Use Map designation for 6± acres of land generally located east of South Atlantic Avenue, north of Braddock Avenue, and south of International Speedway Boulevard, from Tourist Accommodations to High Intensity Mixed-Use, amending Neighborhood Policy C, and amending the Redevelopment Element to add uses to the High Intensity Mixed Use future land use category.
5. Rezoning to Planned Development-Redevelopment (PD-RD) – Longboard, DEV2016-074 (Quasi-Judicial Hearing)

Merrell III, Esq., Cobb Cole, on behalf of Scott Bullock, Daytona JV, LLC, to rezone 6± acres of land generally located east of South Atlantic Avenue, north of Braddock Avenue and south of International Speedway Boulevard from Tourist Accommodations (T-1) to Planned Development-Redevelopment (PD-RD) to allow for a mixed-use development with the opportunity for hotel, multifamily, restaurant, office, and retail uses.
