Resolution authorizing the increased expenditure of Downtown Redevelopment Area
Trust Funds, in the amount of $2,970, for the painting of streetscape arches and
directories on Beach Street in Downtown, by Korn For Hire, Inc., 5912 Riverside Drive,
Port Orange, FL 32127; increasing the total amount payment to $27,705. The maintenance project is consistent with the Downtown/Ballough Road Redevelopment Plan goals, objectives and policies. Funds available in the Downtown Redevelopment
Area Trust Fund.

Resolution authorizing the expenditure of Downtown Redevelopment Area Trust Funds,
in a total amount of $254,687.60, for lighting and site improvements to two Downtown Parking Lots; approving the expenditure of $243,483 to the lowest responsive bid from Crossroads Site Development & Underground Utilities to complete Palmetto Avenue Parking Lot Improvement Project; approving the expenditure of $3,354.60 to R-A-M Professional Group, Inc., 8298 Bayberry Road, Suite 1, Jacksonville, FL 32256, to perform additional continuing services under the continuing services contract with the
City; and approving the expenditure of $7,850 to reimburse PAULZAP, Inc. for ADA ramp improvements. The capital project is consistent with the Downtown/Ballough Road Redevelopment Plan goals, objectives and policies. Funds available in the Downtown Redevelopment Fund.
