A request by Robert Merrill III, Esq., Cobb Cole, on behalf of Alexey P. Lysich, Vice
President, Protogroup, Inc., to rezone 5.91± acres of land located at 500 & 501 N.
Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, rezoning 1.33± acres of the subject property from
Business Retail (BR-1) and Shopping Center (BR-2) to Planned Commercial
Development (PCD) and amending the Planned Development Agreement for the purpose
of expanding the existing Daytona Beach Convention Hotel & Condominiums PCD to
include a free standing parking garage, increase the maximum dwelling units to 122, and
modify the approved building elevations.
