Action Item: DEV 2011-049, CONDITIONAL USE, Temporary Parking Lot A request by Boardwalk at Daytona, LLC for approval of a Conditional Use permit for a temporary parking lot in the RDB-1 zoning district. The site is located at 41 N. Ocean Avenue. 7. Discussion Item: E-Zone Master Plan – Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan Administrative request to amend the Main Street Redevelopment Plan to include the E-Zone Master Plan.
