A request by Parker Mynchenberg, Parker Mynchenberg & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Scott Ratcliff, Buc-ee’s, LTD (Contract Purchaser), to approve the site plan for Buc-ee’s located north of LPGA Boulevard, east of I-95, and west of Technology Boulevard for the construction of a 53,254 sq. ft.
