A request by James S. Morris, P.A., on behalf of John Dodge Investments LLC, to rezone the property located at 2514 and 2518 S. Peninsula Dr. and Tenny Dr. from Single Family Residential (R-1a) to Residential Planned Unit Development (RPUD) to allow for the combining of four residential lots into one lot to accommodate a single family principal residence with a guest house and related accessory structures and to enter into a PD Agreement.
