Hopkins, P.E., 100 Marina Point Drive, Daytona Beach, Fl on behalf of Miller Leaman, Inc. for a variance to the 6-foot height limitation for fencing to replace the chain link fencing with a 6-foot masonry wall with stucco finish and color to match the existing building. The site is located at 800 Orange Avenue.
