7A.Sale of Surplus Property (pp. 6-39)
Resolution approving the sale of six (6) City-owned parcels of real property located
within the Main Street Redevelopment Area (1) and the Midtown Redevelopment Area
(5). The proceeds from each sale will be deposited into the Community Redevelopment
Trust Funds where the property is located.
Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report.
Recommendation: Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the
Resolution.
Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.
