Second Quarter - Budget Amendment (pp. 6-11)
Resolution amending Resolution CRA 14-07 which adopted the FY 2014-15 budget for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Daytona Beach to increase revenues by $3,579,307 and to increase capital expenditures and transfers by $15,808. Fred Coulter, Budget Officer, to report.

Recommendation: Budget Officer recommends adoption of the Resolution.

Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.

Disposal of Surplus Property - Approval (pp. 12-25) Resolution declaring certain City-owned parcels of real property located within the City
of Daytona Beach Redevelopment areas as surplus by the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA); and authorizing City staff to promote the sale of the properties for redevelopment. Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report.

Recommendation: Redevelopment Director
recommends adoption of the Resolution.

Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.
