A request by Robert J. Ball, P.E., Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Daytona Beach Properties Holding Retail, LLC, to approve the site plan for One Daytona, Phase 1C. Phase 1C consists of construction of the residential portion of the development.

Item 7 - Land Development Code Text Amendments, Sections of Article 3, 5, 6, and 11, DEV2016-050 (Legislative Hearing)
A request by the Development and Administrative Services Department, Planning Division, to amend sections of Article 3, 5, 6, and 11 of the Land Development Code which were previously part of the Code. Section 3.4 revises the Permit Review Standards for the Special Use Permit and Public and Semipublic Use Permit process to allow for waivers of applicable zoning district standards if specifically approved by the Planning Board and City Commission; Section 5.2.B. adds a use specific standard for Place of Worship; Section 11.5 amends and clarifies the definitions of Place of Worship and Congregate Meal Facility and adding the definitions of Homeless Service Facility and Food Pantry; and adding Section 6.23 for standards relating to minimum floor elevations.
