Development & Administrative Services, Redevelopment Division - Sale of Surplus
Property (pp. 5-58)
Resolution approving the sale of six (6) City-owned parcels of real property located
within the Midtown and Main Street Redevelopment areas. Each of these properties
are vacant and unbuildable due to their small size and all purchasers own property
contiguous to the property they have proposed to purchase.
Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report.
Recommendation: Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the Resolution.
Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.
