Item 7 - ACTION ITEM: DEV2013-029, Johnson’s Service Station, Johnson Service Station is an existing service station located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Martin Luther King Blvd. (S. MLK) and Magnolia Avenue. The applicant is proposing to install aluminum carport on the site to be used for car wash services. The Land Development Code (LDC), Article 5 (Subdivisions and Site Plans), Section 4.1, Site Plans require a site plan for any new development on the site.
