Item 5 - Action Item: Request for a Conditional Use Approval to establish Amusement Rides with a height exceeding 27 feet in the RDB-4 Zoning District – A request by Stan Manousos, owner of Daytona Lagoon Water Park, to permit the continued use of the Ferris wheel and add a roller coaster ride adjacent to the Boardwalk between Main Street and Auditorium Boulevard.
