Item 7 - DISCUSSION ITEM: DEV2011-093, VILLAGES OF HALIFAX II. A request by Mark Dowst of Mark Dowst and Associates Inc., 536 North Halifax Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL on behalf of the Daytona Beach Housing Authority to construct three (3) three-story garden style apartment buildings with a total of (70) units and a community building with a leasing office and other ancillary amenities including a laundry room, computer lab, and community center. The site is located at 206 North Keech Street.
