Item 5 - DEV2014-029, Third Amendment to the Gateway Daytona (Blue Water) Planned Commercial Development A request by Robert Merrill III, Esq., Cobb Cole, on behalf of Blue Water VI, LLC, amending the Planned Development Agreement for the purpose of extending development deadlines for a mixed use project on approximately 5.43 acres located along the north side of East International Speedway Boulevard between the Halifax River and Halifax Avenue.
