Item 7 - DEV2016-066 Rent-A-Wheel Rezoning A request by James S. Morris, Esquire, on behalf of JDM Florida Real Estate, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, to rezone 0.34± acre of land located at the southwest corner of W. International Speedway Boulevard and Adams Street from Redevelopment Midtown-Neighborhood Transition Mixed Use (RDM-5) to Planned DevelopmentRedevelopment (PD-RD) to allow the establishment of an automotive sales use in the existing building at 907 W. International Speedway Boulevard.
