DEV2015-003, Site Plan - St. George Coptic Orthodox Church
A request by David Leete, Leete & Leete Architect and Planner, Inc., on behalf of the property owner, St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, for approval of a site plan with alterations and additions to buildings and parking lots (Reference: former Land Development Code, Article 4, Section 8.2.c). The site is located at 300 N. Halifax Avenue in the RP Residential Professional zoning district.

BOA2015-003, Variance - St. George Coptic Orthodox Church
A request by John Augustine, Augustine Builders., on behalf of the property owner, St. George Coptic Orthodox Church, for approval of a variance by the Board of Adjustments (BOA) to allow a bell tower height of 48 feet in lieu of the required 35 feet maximum height. (Reference: Land Development Code, Article 3, Section 3.4.V). The Redevelopment Board is requested to make a recommendation to the BOA.
