Item 7 - ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
7A.Budget Amendment (pp. 6-13)
Resolution amending Resolution No. CRA 13-10, which adopted the 2013-2014 budget,
in order to increase revenues by $407,684; and increase expenditures by $59,179 and
increase capital expenditures by $348,505.
Fred Coulter, Budget Officer, to report.
Recommendation: Budget Officer recommends adoption of the Resolution.
Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.
7B. 925 Sycamore Street - Demolition (pp. 14-27)
Resolution authorizing the use of Midtown Redevelopment Trust Funds, in the amount
of $27,061.50, to demolish a vacant, dilapidated, nonconforming 10-unit apartment
building, located at 925 Sycamore Street that was purchased by the Community
Redevelopment Area Board (CRA) in March of 2013. After demolition the
property could be offered as a site for redevelopment of three to four single-family lots.
The removal of blighted buildings is consistent with the Midtown Redevelopment Plan.
Funds available in the Midtown Redevelopment Area Fund.
