REPH, LLC, to rezone 20.53± acres of land located south of Halifax Harbor
Marina on the east side of the 600 block of Beach Street from Planned
Development-General (PD-G) to Planned Development-Redevelopment (PDRD),
and to approve the Third Amended and Restated Marina Point Planned
District agreement to allow for the development of the remaining vacant
parcels in the Marina Point with 33 townhouses, 15 single-family detached
residential units, and associated site improvements.
