A request by Jeffrey Hodgkinson, P.E., Wolverton & Associates Inc., on behalf of Indigo Development LLC, to rezone 22.5± acres of land located at the southwest corner of LPGA Boulevard & Technology Drive from Industrial Park (M-4) to Planned Development-General (PD-G) for the construction of a maximum 150,000 s.f. building and associated site improvements.
