A request by George Miles, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 508 Gibson Street due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.
Case B – BP2018-0057 – 512 South Street – Notice of Condemnation and Demolition Order
Confirmation of the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 512 South Street (owned by Masonic Lodge No. 36) due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.
Case C – BP2018-0032 – 106 Gardiner Court (including 102 and 104 Gardiner Court) – Appeal of Notice of Condemantion and Demolition Order
A request by Stephen A. Greenberg, as Agent for Roxanne Investments LLC, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 106 Gardiner Court (also including 102 and 104 Gardiner Court) due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.

A request by G.W. Atlantic Avenue due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.
