Item 8 - DISCUSSION ITEM: DEV2011-093, CONCEPTUAL SITE PLAN A request by Mark Dowst of Mark Dowst and Associates Inc., 536 North Halifax Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL on behalf of the Daytona Beach Housing Authority to construct seventy (70) two (2) three-story garden style buildings and a small building with a leasing office and other ancillary amenities including a laundry room, computer lab, and community center. The site is located at 206 North Keech Street.
