Item 4 - DEV2015-013, Conditional Use - Outdoor Service Area / Sunsetters Riverfront Restaurant A request by Ian Anderson, on behalf of the property owner, Main Street Real Estate Holdings, LLC, for approval of a conditional use permit to establish an outdoor food & alcoholic beverage service area in the RDB-3 (Gateway Residential Mixed Use) District as part of a new restaurant located at 115 Main Street (Reference: Land Development Code, Article 12, Section 3.1).
