5. Case A – BP2018-022 – 520 S. Martin Luther King Boulevard – Appeal of Notice of Condemnation and Demolition Order
A request by Mister Harvin, Manager of Nivrah Consulting & Investment Group, LLC, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 520 S. Martin Luther King Boulevard due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished

Case B – BP2018-0016 – 14 S. Coates Street – Appeal of Notice of Condemnation and
Demolition Order
A request by Gilbert Myara, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief
Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 14 S. Coates Street due
to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.

Case C – BP2018-0038 – 299 Morningside Avenue – Appeal of Notice of Condemantion
and Demolition Order
A request by Valerie Potter Albert, property owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s
Chief Building Official’s determination to condemn the structure located at 299 MorningSide
Avenue due to unsafe conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.

Condemnation and Demolition Order
A request by Devdatta Mohan Bhogte, as Director of Prism Residential Services, Inc., property
owner, to appeal the City of Daytona Beach’s Chief Building Official’s determination to
condemn the structure located at 408 Dr. Mary M. Bethune Boulevard due to unsafe
conditions; and the determination that the building must be demolished.
