839 George W. Engram Blvd. is an existing 1,529 sq. ft. two-story building on a .11-acre
parcel at the southeast corner of George W. Engram Blvd. and Fulton St. The building has
been vacant more than three months and requires site plan approval to establish the proposed
use. The applicant is proposing to redevelop the building for a financial service office.
