NOTICE

Approval of the minutes of the April 5, 2017 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

THOSE MATTERS INCLUDED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE SELF-EXPLANATORY AND ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REQUIRE REVIEW OR DISCUSSION. ITEMS WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION. IF DISCUSSION IS DESIRED BY ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION, THAT ITEM MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND CONSIDERED SEPARATELY.

6.ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
6.A.Development & Administrative Services, Redevelopment Division - Declaration of Surplus Property  (pp. 5-10)

Resolution authorizing certain City-owned parcels of real property located within The City of Daytona Beach redevelopment areas be declared surplus property by the Community Redevelopment Agency to permit staff to promote the sale of these properties for the purpose of redevelopment.

 

Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report.

 

Recommendation:  Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the Resolution.

Action:  Motion to adopt the Resolution.
