The city does not prepare or provide such a record.

Approval of the minutes of the September 19, 2018 Business Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

THOSE MATTERS INCLUDED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE SELF-EXPLANATORY AND ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REQUIRE REVIEW OR DISCUSSION. ITEMS WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION. IF DISCUSSION IS DESIRED BY ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION, THAT ITEM MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND CONSIDERED SEPARATELY.

6.ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
6.A.Development & Administrative Services, Redevelopment Division - Friends of the Bandshell 2019 Funding Request  (pp. 5-11)

Resolution approving The Friends of the Bandshell (FOB) request for $30,000 to support the traditional Summer Concert Series at the Bandshell for the 2019 season.  Funds will be used to pay part of the cost for 20 nights of fireworks at the Pier including the large Fourth of July display.  This amount is the same as approved last year.  Supporting events at the Bandshell is consistent with the goals and policies of the Main Street Redevelopment Plan.  Funds available in the Main Street Community Redevelopment Trust Fund.

Recommendation:  Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the Resolution.

Action:  Motion to adopt the Resolution.
