NOTICE

Approval of the minutes of the April 18, 2018 Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

THOSE MATTERS INCLUDED UNDER THE CONSENT AGENDA ARE SELF-EXPLANATORY AND ARE NOT EXPECTED TO REQUIRE REVIEW OR DISCUSSION. ITEMS WILL BE ENACTED BY ONE MOTION. IF DISCUSSION IS DESIRED BY ANY MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION, THAT ITEM MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT AGENDA AND CONSIDERED SEPARATELY.

6.ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
6.A.Development & Administrative Services, Redevelopment Division - Sale of Surplus Property  (pp. 5-58)

Resolution approving the sale of six (6) City-owned parcels of real property located within the Midtown and Main Street Redevelopment areas.  Each of these properties are vacant and unbuildable due to their small size and all purchasers own property contiguous to the property they have proposed to purchase.

 

Reed Berger, Redevelopment Director, to report. 

 

Recommendation:  Redevelopment Director recommends adoption of the Resolution.

Action:  Motion to adopt the Resolution.
